How to order
Almost all of my kites are made to order. Because of this, your
order may take up to 8 weeks to produce, depending on my current backlog of
orders. I like to talk to the customer to verbally confirm the details of the
order. Custom kites require a deposit before work begins with balance due upon
completion. Regular kites require payment right before shipment.
Payment methods include checks, money orders, Visa, and MasterCard.
This is not a secure site, so I need to contact you for your card information.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard with
expiration date & security code). I also accept checks, money

Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes or international import
duty, if applicable. PA residents must include 6% sales tax..
Pricing Errors: I reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Shipping:
I ship by US Post Priority Mail and UPS. Other
methods are available .If you have a preference, please let me know when you
place your order. If you need expedited shipping (overnight or 3-day), please
let me know that as well. All orders are shipped insured.
Shipping & Handling ground rates (as of 6-1-2008) are as
follows:
up to $100.....$10 $101-$200....$16 $201-$300....$22
$301-$400....$28 $401-$500....$34 over $500......Free
I
can ship just about anywhere. I will quote international shipping charges for
your approval before your order ships.
Shipping Damage: If anything I ship you is lost or damaged in transit,
please let me know immediately. Please keep ALL packing materials for
inspection. I will process the claim and replace your purchase a.s.a.p.

Privacy: I value you as a
customer and respect your privacy. The personal information you provide is
used only to properly complete your order.
I will use your email
address for correspondence concerning your order. I do not provide your
personal information to other companies.
You can submit your order or questions by email. However, if for any
reason you should feel uncomfortable ordering through my Web site, I can be

accepted by fax at (717) 249-5085, which is available 24 hours a day.
If paying by personal or business checks, please allow 10-15 days mail
delivery and check clearing before I ship your order
Returns
and Warranties:
I do not want you to have anything from Kevin Shannon Kites
that you aren't completely happy with. All of my products are guaranteed to give
100% satisfaction in every way. If you are not completely satisfied, return
anything purchased from me within 30 days of delivery. I will replace it, refund
your purchase price, or credit your charge account, as you wish.
The
merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.
(Please note: Custom, one-of-a-kind orders, or products constructed to
unique specifications are not returnable. If a problem should arise, I will do
my best to remedy it.)
Return FAQ's
Q: How do I return an item I
purchased?
A: Contact me for a Return Authorization. Then simply ship the product
back to me. Remember that you are responsible for insurance or damage. We
recommend that you wrap the package securely and insure its contents for their
full value.
Q: If I return a defective product will I get credit
for the shipping charges? A: Yes. If the complete order is being
returned, I will credit the full shipping charges that you paid. If you send
back just part of the order, I will refund a portion of the shipping charges.
Q: What if after using a product I do not like it and want to return
it? A: If you change you mind for any reason within 30 days, I'll take
the product back. Again, you must call or email for a return authorization.
Used product must be returned complete and not damaged. Please note that this
type of return is subject to a 25 % service fee and that shipping charges are
not refunded.
Q: What if the product I used becomes defective
after the 30 day used product return policy? A: Contact me about the
situation. I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied with my products
and service.
Q: What if the product I order is lost or damaged
while being shipped?
A: If anything I ship you is lost or damaged in transit, please let me
know right away. I will process the claim and replace your purchase as quickly
as possible.
Q: What is your return policy on international orders?
A: Shipping or duty taxes paid on international returns, are not
refundable. But if a problem should occur, I will do my best to be as fair as
possible. If any problems arise, send an email and explanation. I will respond
as soon as possible. Thank you.
